Becca's Yoga classes

YOGA 101- Monday 5:30pm

New to yoga or just want to refine your practice? Well this class is for you. Yoga 101 is a Hatha class that will be taking it back to basics and help build a solid foundation of yoga knowledge. You don't know what Hatha is? That is ok. You will learn yogic terminology , proper alignment of poses ,breathing techniques  and common sequences used in most yoga classes. This class will have a more detailed instruction at a slower pace. When graduating from Yoga 101 class you will feel comfortable with taking a yoga class or doing a at home practice.

 


Wednesday 5:30pm

This Hatha yoga class is designed to for adding strength and flexibility. This class will create heat and burn calories with more intense poses. However, modifications are given for all fitness levels.



Friday 10am

Release Relax and Recharge Hatha yoga class. This class helps release tension from the week and help you relax and recharge for the coming weekend. This class is a slower paced yoga class great for beginners to advanced. We will focus on breathing technique and poses. Come and begin your relaxed weekend with us.



Prenatal yoga:Coming Soon!

Om to Mom: Are you getting ready to debut a new family member and need a little relaxation? This prenatal yoga class is designed to help ease the aches and pains associated with the growing belly and help with labor and delivery. We will focus on breathing techniques, guided relaxation and poses that are gentle on mom to be.
